Abstract

Kehamilan berisiko tinggi  dikaitkan dengan lebih banyak kecemasan dan depresi yang akan memperberat resiko komplikasi pada ibu dan bayinya, Pemberian dukungan sosial akan dapat menekan kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dukungan keluarga dan kader terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil resiko tinggi dalam menghadapi persalinan diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Karang Pule tahun 2020. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-eksperimen dalam bentuk Two group pretest-posttest without control group, penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini Ibu hamil resiko tinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karang Pule,  sampel penelitian yaitu 36 ibu hamil resti yang memiliki kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan,  data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil uji statistic dengan Uji wilxocon didapatkan hasil p =0,000 < α = 0,05, maka ada pengaruh dukungan keluarga dan kader terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil resti dalam menghadapi persalinan, dan dilakukan uji Levin didapatkan hasil 3.5 kali artinya dukungan keluarga 3.5 kali lebih efektif dalam menurunkan kecemasan ibu hamil resti dalam menghadapi persalinan, dibandingkan dukungan kader. Dukungan keluarga 3.5 kali lebih efektif dalam menurunkan kecemasan pada ibu hamil resiko tinggi dalam menghadapi persalinan.
