PENGARUH PENYULUHAN DETEKSI DINI KANKER SERVIKS TERHADAP MOTIVASI PEMERIKSAAN IVA PADA IBU PASANGAN USIA SUBUR (PUS)

Kanker serviks merupakan masalah kesehatan yang penting bagi wanita di seluruh dunia yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius. Pemeriksaan IVA merupakan metode skrining sederhana dan praktis untuk mendeteksi kanker serviks. Motivasi Ibu PUS di Desa Sekongkang Atas masih kurang sehingga dibutuhkan metode untuk meningkatkan motivasi Ibu PUS. Tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penyuluhan Deteksi Dini Kanker Serviks Terhadap Motivasi Pemeriksaan IVA Pada Ibu PUS di Desa Sekongkang Atas Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain study corelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional menggunakan instrument penelitian yaitu kuesioner. Adapun subyek penelitiannya adalah Ibu Pasangan usia subur (PUS) di Desa Sekongkang Atas dari tanggal 16 Agustus - 16 September 2021 yaitu sebanyak 40 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan menggunakan quata Sampling. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara penyuluhan deteksi dini kanker serviks terhadap motivasi pemeriksaan inspeksi visual asam asetat (IVA) dengan nilai (p-value adalah 0,001 (< 0,05). Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan Penyuluhan mempunyai pengaruh penting terhadap Pemeriksaan Inspeki Visual Asetat (IVA) pada Ibu PUS. Diharapkan dengan mengikuti penyuluhan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran Ibu pasangan usia subur untuk melakukan tes IVA sebagai upaya deteksi dini kanker serviks.
Abstract
Cervical cancer is an important health problem for women around the world that needs serious attention. An IVA check-up is a simple and practical screening method to detect cervical cancer. The motivation of PUS mothers in Sekongkang Atas Village is still lacking, so a method is needed to increase the motivation of PUS mothers. Objective to determine the effect of counselling on early detection of cervical cancer on the motivation for VIA examinations for women of reproductive age in Sekongkang Atas Village, West Sumbawa Regency. This research uses a correlational study design with a cross-sectional approach using a research instrument, namely a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were women as a Couples of Childbearing Age (PUS) in Sekongkang Atas Village from August 16 to September 16 2021, namely 40 respondents. The collection technique uses quota sampling. There was a significant effect between Counselling on Early Detection of Cervical Cancer on Motivation for Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid (IVA) check-up in Sekongkang Atas Village, West Sumbawa Regency with a value (p-value was 0.001 (< 0.05). Based on the research, it can be concluded that counselling has an important influence on the Visual Acetate Inspection Examination (IVA) in women of childbearing age. It is expected that participating in counselling can increase the awareness of women of childbearing age to carry out an IVA test as an effort to detect cervical cancer early.
