HUBUNGAN PRAKTIK KONSUMSI TABLET TAMBAH DARAH DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA PADA SISWI DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA NEGERI 3 SEMARAPURA KABUPATEN KLUNGKUNG

Abstrak
Latar belakang: Kekurangan zat besi pada remaja putri dapat menyebabkan anemia, kondisi di mana jumlah sel darah merah dalam tubuh berkurang dan dapat menyebabkan kelelahan dan sesak napas. Salah satu pencegahan anemia pada remaja dilaksanakan dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah. Tujuan : Untuk menganalisis hubungan praktik konsumsi tablet tambah darah terhadap kejadian anemia pada siswi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Semarapura Tahun 2023. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan penelitian analitik metode Probability Simple Random dengan jumlah responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 74 siswi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data kuisioner dan hemoglobinometri set. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi Chi Square. Hasil : menunjukkan sebagian besar (77%) siswi patuh dalam mempraktikan konsumsi tablet tambah darah. Sebagian besar (51,4%) siswi   mengalami anemia. Dari 38 responden yang mengalami anemia, 76,3% tidak patuh mengkonsumsi TTD, dan 36 responden yang tidak anemia, 83,3% patuh mengkonsumsi TTD.  Nilai korelasi 0,597 dan p value sebesar 0,000. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan praktik konsumsi tablet tambah darah dengan kejadian anemia pada siswi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Semarapura Tahun 2023
Abstract
Background: Iron deficiency in adolescent girls can lead to anaemia, a condition in which the number of red blood cells in the body is reduced and can cause fatigue and shortness of breath. Adolescent girls can experience an iron deficiency due to blood loss during menstruation and an unbalanced diet. Purpose: This study was to analyse the relationship between the practise of consuming blood supplement tablets and the incidence of anaemia in female students at the State Junior High School 3 Semarapura in 2023. Method: Using the Probability Simple Random Method Data collection using primary data The analysis technique used is Chi Square correlation analysis, The number of respondents used in this study was 74, all female students. Results: The results showed that most (77%) schoolgirls were obedient in practising the consumption of blood supplement tablets. Most (51,4%) female students anaemia. Of the 38 respondents who had anemia, 76.3% did not adhere to taking iron tablets. And of the 36 respondents who were not anemic, 83.3% adhered to consuming iron tablets. Correlation value 0.597 (p value = 0.000). Conclusion: There is a strong and significant relationship between the practise of consuming blood-added tablets and the incidence of anaemia in female students at State Junior High School 3 Semarapura in 2023
