PENGARUH LATIHAN OTOT DASAR PANGGUL DAN PERUT DALAM SENAM NIFAS TERHADAP INVOLUSI UTERI

Latar Belakang : Kegagalan involusi uteri untuk kembali seperti keadaan tidak hamil akan menyebabkan sub involusi. Beberapa gejala dari sub involusi adalah penurunan fundus uteri lambat dan tonus uteri lembek, yang memgakibatkan terjadinya perdarahan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mempercepat involusi uteri yaitu dengan latihan otot dasar panggul dan perut yang terdapat dalam senam nifas. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan otot dasar panggul dan perut dalam senam nifas terhadap involusi uteri di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Meninting tahun 2019. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Quasy Experiment yaitu dengan Control Time Series Design, pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 30 ibu nifas yang telah disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Instrument penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa identitas responden yang terdiri dari umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas serta tinggi fundus uteri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan latihan otot dasar panggul dan perut dalam senam nifas, uji stastistik yang digunakan adalah Independent Samples T-Test. Hasil : Karakteristik umur ibu nifas multipara sebagian besar berusia 20-30 tahun dengan presetase 66,7%, Rata-rata selisih penurunan TFU ibu nifas yang diberikan intervensi adalah 9,4 cm, sedangkan rata-rata selisih penurunan TFU ibu nifas pada kelompok kontrol adalah 7,4 cm. Sehingga penurunan tinggi fundus uteri lebih cepat pada kelompok intervensi. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p value 0,000 < α, sehingga terdapat pengaruh latihan otot dasar panggul dan perut dalam senam nifas terhadap involusi uteri. Kesimpulan : latihan otot dasar panggul dan perut dalam senam nifas dapat mempercepat terjadinya involusi uteri di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Meninting tahun 2019Â
Abstract
Background: Failure of uterine involution to return like a non-pregnant state will cause sub involution. Some of the symptoms of sub involution are a decrease in the slow uterine fundus and flabby uterine tone, which results in bleeding. One way that can be done to accelerate uterine involution is by pelvic floor and abdominal muscle exercises contained in puerperal gymnastics. Aim : To determine the effect of pelvic floor and abdominal muscle training in postpartum exercise on uterine involution in the working area of Meninting Health Center in 2019. Methods : This study uses a Quasy Experiment design, namely Control Time Series Design, sampling with purposive sampling technique obtained by 30 postpartum mothers who have been adjusted to inclusion and exclusion criteria. This research instrument is an observation sheet. Data collected in the form of the identity of respondents consisting of age, education, occupation, parity and uterine fundus height before and after pelvic floor and abdominal muscle training in puerperal gymnastics, the statistical test used was Independent Samples T-Test. Results : The characteristics of the age of multiparous postpartum mothers were mostly 20-30 years old with 66.7% presetase, the average difference in the decrease in postpartum TFU given intervention was 9.4 cm, while the average difference in the decrease in postpartum TFU in the control group is 7.4 cm. So that the decrease in fundal uterine height is faster in the intervention group. The results of statistical tests obtained a p value of 0,000 <α, so that there are effects of pelvic floor and abdominal muscle training in puerperal gymnastics on uterine involution. Conclusion: : Pelvic floor and abdominal muscle exercises in puerperal exercise can accelerate uterine involution in the working area of Meninting Health Center in 2019
