Pengaruh IVAPEDIA (IVA Ensiklopedia) terhadap Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Pemeriksaan IVA (Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat) Mahasiswa Jurusan Kebidanan

Abstrak
Latar Belakang: Penderita kanker serviks di Indonesia jumlahnya terus meningkat. Data Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (Kemenkes RI) saat ini terdapat sekitar 100 kasus per 100.000 penduduk pertahun. Salah satu metode yang sangat berguna mendeteksi lesi prakanker serviks adalah Pemeriksaan IVA, dimana pemeriksaannya dapat dilakukan oleh bidan, keterampilan pemeriksaan IVA didapatkan bidan sejak menjadi mahasiswa. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa, penggunaan media pembelajaran berupa multimedia sangatlah penting terutama di era digital. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh IVAPEDIA terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan Pemeriksaan IVA Mahasiswa Kebidanan. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre Experimental dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Tingkat I Mahasiswa Sarjana Terapan Kebidanan sebanyak 116 orang, sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Analisa data dengan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dan Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil Sebelum diberikan IVAPEDIA didapatkan peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan dari 12.13 menjadi 18.50 setelah diberikan IVAPEDIA. Sedangkan keterampilan sebelum diberikan IVAPEDIA didapatkan peningkatan rata-rata dari 7.70 menjadi 33.43. Uji analisa Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test dengan nilai p-value pengetahuan sebesar 0,000 (p<?=0,05) dan Uji analisa Paired sample T-Test dengan nilai p- value keterampilan sebesar 0,000 (p<?=0,05). Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh IVAPEDIA terhadap Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Pemeriksaan IVA Mahasiswa Kebidanan

The Influence Of IVAPEDIA On The Knowledge And Skills Of IVA
Examination Of Midwifery Student
Abstract
Background: The number of cervical cancer sufferers in Indonesia continues to increase. Data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, currently there are around 100-cases per-100,000 population each year. To detect precancerous cervical lesions, one very useful method is the IVA Examination, where the examination can be carried out by Midwives and the skills of this IVA examination are obtained by Midwives since they were students. The use of media in the form of multimedia is very important to improve students' knowledge and skills, especially in digital era. Objective: To analyze the influence of IVAPEDIA on knowledge and skills of IVA examination of midwifery student. Methods: A Pre Experimental study, using one-group pretest-posttest design with the sample of 30 respondents. Data processing uses Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Paired Sample T-Test. Results: Based on research, mean score for knowledge before being given IVAPEDIA increases from 12.13 to 18.50 after being given IVAPEDIA meanwhile the mean score for skills before being given IVAPEDIA increases from 7.70 to 33.43 after being given IVAPEDIA. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Paired Sample T-Test results obtained a significant number (p=0.00). Conclusion: There is an effect of IVAPEDIA on knowledge and skills of midwifery student.
