Analisis: Hasil analisa Paired Sample t Test didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 (? <0,05).

Giving Education Using Video Testimonials and Teaching Aids to Increase the Knowledge and Motivation of Fertile Couples in Using Intrauterine Contraceptives
Introduction: IUD use among Indonesians remains low. Nationally, IUD use is targeted to reach 28.39% by 2024, but the prevalence of IUD use is only 6.1%. In East Lombok Regency, the number of active family planning participants using IUDs remains low, at 8.51%. Low IUD use is caused by limited knowledge, widespread myths, and a lack of community motivation. Various attempts have been made to provide education using leaflets and posters, but to no avail. Therefore, innovations are needed to deliver information in a more engaging and easy-to-understand way, such as using video testimonials and teaching aids. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of educational methods using video testimonials and visual aids on the knowledge and motivation of fertile couples regarding IUD use.Method: This was a quantitative study with a pre-experimental design, namely a One Group Pretest and Posttest. This research was conducted in April 2026. The study population was all 100 women. The sample size was 30, and purposive sampling was used. Analysis of data using analysis of bivariate the Paired Sample t-test.Result: The mean knowledge score for the pre-test was 73.67 and the post-test was 88.67. The paired sample t-test analysis yielded a p-value of 0.000 (? <0.05). The mean pre-test and post-test motivation values ??were 59.33 and 84.33, respectivelyAnalysis: The paired sample t-test analysis yielded a p-value of 0.000 (? <0.05)Discussion: Education using video testimonials and visual aids can improve the knowledge and motivation of fertile couples in the use of IUDs in one of the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in East Lombok.
