Abstract

Latar Belakang : Menikah pada usia belasan tahun, masih terjadi pada zaman modern saat ini. Bahkan tren pernikahan dini semakin meningkat terutama di perkotaan. Berdasarkan data BKKBN  kota Mataram , Provinsi NTB tahun 2015, jumlah kelompok umur istri yang menikah kurang dari 20 tahun sebanyak 296 kasus. Untuk menambah wawasan remaja tentang risiko pernikahan dini dilakukan upaya melalui promosi kesehatan berupa penyuluhan untuk merubah pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang risiko pernikahan dini.

Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan dengan media video dan leaflet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja mengenai risiko pernikahan dini di lingkungan Gerung Butun Timur Tahun 2018.

Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu atau Quasi Experiment, dengan pendekatan Non Equivalent Control Group Design.Jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 orang. Sampel dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, kelompok intervensi dengan media video dan leaflet sedangkan kelompok kontrol menggunakan media slide. 
Hasil : Karakteristik responden  berdasarkan umur, mayoritas responden berada pada rentang umur 16 - 19 tahun, termasuk dalam kategori remaja usia akhir, responden berjenis kelamin perempuan, dengan tingkat pendidikan SMA, dan termasuk siswa sekolah.Penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dan sikap remaja pada kelompok intervensi terdapat rata-rata skor perubahan pengetahuan ialah 2,52 dan sikap ialah 3,71. Pada kelompok kontrol perubahan rata-rata skor pengetahuan ialah 2,24 dan sikap ialah 2,76.

Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh penyuluhan dengan media video dan leaflet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang risiko pernikahan dini di Lingkungan Gerung Butun Timur Tahun 2018.
