Abstract

Premenopause adalah sebagai permulaan transisi klimakterium, yang dimulai beberapa (2-5) tahun sebelum menopause. Cakupan jumlah lansia Untuk Kabupaten Lombok Barat, pada tahun 2016 yaitu 9848 jiwa. Menurut Dikes Lombok Barat, Puskesmas Gunung Sari merupakan puskesmas urutan pertama yang memiliki lansia terbanyak yaitu 1.012 jiwa dari 17 puskesmas yang ada di Kabupaten Lombok Barat pada tahun 2016. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penyuluhan Terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Dalam Menghadapi Premenopause di Dusun Kebun Indah Wilayah Kerja UPT BLUD Puskesmas Gunungsari. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dengan rancangan pre-experiment dengan one group pretest-posttest. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang berusia 40-43 tahun ( usia premenopause ) di Dusun Kebun Indah Wilayah Kerja UPT BLUD Puskesmas Gunungsari, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian 30 sampel. Berdasarkan uji statistik dengan uji wilcoxon yang telah dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan terdapat nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) 0,00, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan HI diterima yang berarti menjawab hipotesa, karena nilai 0,00 lebih kecil dari < 0,05.
