FAKTOR KEHAMILAN MULTI FETAL TERHADAP KEJADIAN PRE EKLAMPSI DI RSD IDAMAN

Preeklampsi terjadi pada 5% - 8% dari kehamilan, yang menyebabkan tingginya morbiditas dan mortilitas pada ibu dan janin. Di RSD Idaman Banjarbaru, kejadian Preeklampsi meningkat setiap tahun. Tahun 2017 sebanyak 265 (4,4%) dari 5961 persalinan dan meningkat pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 363 (7,6%) dari 4776 persalinan. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, yaitu data yang diperoleh dari buku register persalinan di RSD Idaman Banjarbaru tahun 2019 dan data primer yang diperoleh dari pengisian kuisioner yang diberikan kepada responden tentang Determinan ibu dengan Kejadian Preeklampsi di RSD Idaman Banjarbaru Tahun 2020. Dari 100 orang ibu yang mengalami PEB ada5 (2,5%) yang dengan kehamilan muti fetal dan sisanya sebanyak 95 orang (97,5%) tidak dengan kehamilan multi fetal. Dari 100 ibu yang tidak mengalami PEB semuanya tidak dengan kehamilan multi fetal. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan Spearman Rank, di dapatkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kehamilan multi fetal dengan kejadian Preeklampsi Berat (PEB) yang ditunjukan dengan nilai yang diperoleh yaitu (0,024<0,05). Besar kolerasi yang terjadi antara kedua variabeladalah 0,160. Hal tersebutberarti, hubungan antara kehamilan multi fetal dengan kejadian PEB adalah lemah.
