PENGARUH PENDAMPINGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN IBU PRIMIPARA DI WILAYAH KOTA MATARAM

Latar Belakang :. Gangguan kecemasan sering dialami terutama oleh ibu primipara yang muncul akibat ketidakmampuan dan belum siapnya ibu untuk menerima kehadiran bayinya yang membutuhkan perawatan khusus pada minggu pertama kelahirannya.Keberadaan pendamping akan membawa dampak yang baik karena dapat memberikan dukungan, semangat, dan rasa aman bagi ibu.
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pendampingan keluarga terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu nifas primipara di Wilayah Kota Mataram.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Quasi Eksperimen dengan pendekatan Pretest and Posttest Control Design, pengambilan sampel dengan teknik accidental sampling diperoleh 34 ibu nifas post SC yang telah disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner.
Hasil : Rata-rata tingkat kecemasan ibu nifas sebelum diberikan perlakuan pada kelompok intervensi adalah 48,24namun setelah diberikan intervensi rata-rata tingkat kecemasan ibu nifas adalah 27,65, sehingga terjadi penurunan skor rata-rata kecemasan. Sedangkan pada kelompok control, rata-rata tingkat kecemasan sebelum perlakuan adalah adalah 49,29namun setelah diberikan perlakuan rata-rata tingkat kecemasan ibu nifas turun menjadi 29,53. Uji ststistik denganIndependent T test nilai signifikansi (p) sebesar 0,107>0,05.
Kesimpulan : pendampingan keluarga tidak berpengaruh dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan ibu nifas primipara di wilayah kota Mataram.
