PENGARUH SENAM HAMIL TERHADAP KECEMASAN DAN KUALITAS TIDUR IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER II DAN III

Wanita hamil dianjurkan melakukan olahraga ringan selama hamil agar ibu dan janin lebih sehat dan berkurangnya masalah-masalah yang timbul pada kehamilannya. Salah satu olahraga ringan yang dapat dilakukan ibu hamil ialah senam hamil. Gerakan senam hamil terkandung efek relaksasi yang bermanfaat menstabilisai kecemasan dan mengurangi rasa takut dengan cara relaksasi fisik dan mental, serta mendapatkan informasi yang mempersiapkan mereka untuk mengalami apa yang akan terjadi selama persalinan dan kelahiran. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apa saja yang mempengaruhi kecemasan dan kualitas tidur ibu hamil trimester 3 dalam menghadapi persalinan. Desain penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah Quasi Experimen dengan pendekatan One Group Pretest Posttest Design yaitu rancangan yang tidak ada kelompok pembanding, tetapi paling tidak sudah dilakukan observasi pertama (prestest) yang memungkinkan menguji perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi setelah adanya Experiment. Hasil penelitian rata-rata skor tingkat kepercayaan diri ibu hamil sebelum diberikan sebesar 65,66 dengan standard deviasi 4,73, skorterendah 56 danskortertinggi 77. Dan rata-rata skor tingkat kualitas tidur sebesar 70,80 dengan standard deviasi 3,06, skor terendah 64 dan skor tertinggi 78. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh senam hamil terhadap kecemasan dan kualitas tidur ibu hamil trimester II dan  III.

Abstract
Pregnant women are encouraged to exercise lightly during pregnancy so that the mother and fetus are healthier and reduce the problems that arise in pregnancy. One of the light exercise that can be done by pregnant women is pregnancy exercise. In fact the pregnancy exercise contains relaxation effects that are useful to stabilize anxiety and reduce fear bymeans of physical and mental relaxation, and get information that prepares them to experience what will happen during labor and birth.To find out what affects the anxiety and sleep quality of third trimester pregnant women in the face of labor. The research design that will be used is Quasi Experiment with the One Group Pretest Posttest Design approach that is a design that has no comparison group, but at least the first (prestest) observation has been carried out which allows testing of changes that occur after the Experiment. Results: The average score of the confidence level of pregnant women before being given was 65.66 with a standard deviation of 4.73, the lowest score of 56 and the highest score of 77. And the average score of sleep quality was 70.80 with a standard deviation of 3.06 , lowest score 64 and highest score 78. Conclusion: There is an Effect of Pregnancy Gymnastics on Anxiety and Sleep Quality of Trimester II and III Pregnant Women.
