PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN APPUS (ALAT PERAGA PHANTOM UTERUS) TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL MENGENAI KOMPLIKASI DALAM KEHAMILAN TRIMESTER III

Latar Belakang: Angka Kematian Ibu adalah jumlah kematian ibu selama masa kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas yang disebabkan oleh kehamilan. Penyebab Kematian Ibu terbanyak pada tahun 2019 di Indonesia disebabkan oleh perdarahan (1.280 kasus). Sehingga dibutuhkan upaya untuk menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu( AKI) dan kejadian komplikasi tersebut melalui promosi Kesehatan dengan menggunakan media untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu mengenai komplikasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan APPUS (Alat Peraga Phantom Uterus) terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang komplikasi kehamilan trimester III di Wilayah Kerja UPT BLUD Puskesmas Kuripan. Populasi pada penelitian yakni ibu hamil trimester III di wilayah kerja UPT BLUD Puskesmas Kuripan. Metode Penelitian: Metode dalam penelitian ini Quasi Eksperimen. Menggunakan jenis Pre-Post Nonequivalent Control Group. Teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian adalah 30 ibu hamil dibagi menjadi dua kelompok 15 intervensi dan 15 kontrol. analisis Uji statistik menggunakan mann whitney karena berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian: hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh penggunaan APPUS (Alat Peraga Phantom Uterus) terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai komplikasi dalam kehamilan trimester III Di Wilayah Kerja UPT-BLUD Puskesmas Kuripan Tahun 2021. Dengan nilai P value 0,018 < 0,005 maka Ha diterima dan HO ditolak. Kesimpulan: terdapat pengaruh antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil dengan penggunaan APPUS pada kelompok intervensi dan visual pada kelompok kontrol (P=0,018)
ABSTRACTBackground: Maternal Mortality Rate is the number of maternal deaths during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum caused by pregnancy. The most common cause of maternal death in 2019 in Indonesia was bleeding (1,280 cases). So efforts are needed to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and the incidence of these complications through health promotion using media to increase maternal knowledge about complications. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of using APPUS (Phantom Uterus Props) on the level of knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy complications in the third trimester in the UPT BLUD Work Area of Kuripan Health Center. The population in the study were pregnant women in the third trimester in the working area of the UPT BLUD work area of Kuripan Health Center. Research Methods: The method in this research is the Quasi Experiment. Using the Pre-Post Nonequivalent Control Group type.technique Purposive sampling The number of samples in this study were 30 pregnant women divided into two groups of 15 intervention and 15 controls. analysis Statistical test using Mann Whitney because it is normally distributed. Research results: the results show that there is an effect of using APPUS (Phantom Uterus Teaching Tool) on the level of knowledge of pregnant women about complications in third trimester pregnancy in the UPT-BLUD work area of Kuripan Health Center in 2021. With a P value 0.018 < 0.005 then Ha accepted and HO rejected . Conclusion: there is an effect between the level of knowledge of pregnant women with the use of APPUS in the intervention group and visual in the control group (P=0.018)
