Analisa bivariat dengan One Way Anova.
Abstract
Background: After giving birth to primiparous puerperal mothers, they must adapt to physiological and psychological changes. This change can cause anxiety. If anxiety continues, the postpartum mother will experience stress until depression. This study aimed to determine the effect of endorphine massage and puerperal gymnastics on the anxiety level of primiparous postpartum mothers in Mataram City Region in 2019. This study uses an analytic observation design. This study uses an analytic observation design carried out in the city of Mataram, precisely in RSUD Kota Mataram. The population was all primiparous postpartum mothers who gave birth normally. This study took place using Accidental Sampling (probability sampling) technique with a total sample of 30. Data analysis used univariate analysis to determine its characteristics. Bivariate analysis with One Way Anova. The characteristics of postpartum mothers were mostly aged 20-35 years with a percentage of 60%, junior secondary education level 33.3%, and not working 93.3%. The average anxiety level of primiparous postpartum mothers before intervention was 61.6. After being given an intervention the average level of anxiety is 44.8. The results of statistical tests with One Way Anova obtained a value of p = 0,000 < α = 0.05, so there were significant differences in anxiety levels before and after treatment. There are effects of endorphine massage and puerperal gymnastics on the anxiety level of primiparous postpartum mothers in the Mataram City Region in 2019.
