HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN SUAMI PEROKOK DENGAN BERAT BADAN LAHIR RENDAH (BBLR) DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS I DENPASAR BARAT

Kebiasaan merokok para suami ternyata membawa akibat buruk pada istrinya atau ibu yang sedang mengandung serta bayi yang akan dilahirkanya. Dampak asap rokok terhadap perokok pasif dapat lebih berat dari pada perokok aktif yang dapat mengakibatkan komplikasi kehamilan yang paling sering terjadi adalah berat lahir yang rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Pengetahuan Suami Perokok Dengan Berat Badan Lebih Rendah (BBLR). Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan pada kasus BBLR di wilayah Puskesmas I Denpasar Barat, pada tahun 2024 meningkat sebanyak 45% dari tahun 2023 yaitu 55 kasus. Desain penelitian ini desain penelitian non eksperimental dengan rancangan case control. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas 1 Denpasar Barat. Sampel akan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok kasus dan kelompok kontrol. Pengambilan data dilakukan oleh peneliti pada bulan Oktober 2025. Hasil penelitian pada kelompok kasus sebagian besar berat badan bayi lahir dalam kategori rendah. Hasil analisis dengan uji korelasi Rank Spearmans didapat nilai Correlation Coefficient sebesar 0,744 dan p = 0,004 menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan suami perokok dengan BBLR di wilayah Puskesmas I Denpasar Barat.
